My First Tutorial

Envelope Pouch TLC156

Well, you asked for tutorials, so here it goes. This is the Try a New Technique Challenge over on Splitcoast for this week.

I use the Petals wheel with Ballet Blue ink on the envelope. I had a piece of the Pixie Pink lace laying around from a while back and used that. That was made using the Square Steps punch. I used my new Sale-a-Bration set, So Many Scallops, and stamped it in Pumpkin Pie and edged it with my Pink Passion marker. I just got the Accents and elements felt flowers and Ice Rhinestones and had to use those also.

Have fun making your pouch and let me know how they turn out.

1. Take a standard envelope and seal it.

2. Using the large tag punch place it all the way in the punch on the short side and to the right side so it just punches to the edge of the envelope. Slide the punch down and punch the rest of the envelope.

3. Punch the other side the same way.

4. With your paper snips cut the little triangle off and you have your envelope pouch.

Now have fun and decorate.
