A Productive Weekend

Boy, I had such a great weekend! I spent most of it in my Happy Place (my stamp room). I got a lot accomplished and tried some new techniques I've been wanting to play with! A week ago on Splitcoast the technique was Embossed Shimmer, well, let me tell you it's beautiful. I didn't have any more Lumiere, so I had to go get some. I did four different patterns and colors, but they all came out so pretty. Very shimmery!!
I used the new Pumpkin Cuttlebug folder on this one. The turkey is from Sparkle n Sprinkle and I embossed him with Black and colored with markers. I added some glitter with the glue pen. I attached all the acetate sheets with brads. I attached the first one to the Stardreams cardstock. It has a shimmer already to it and is a very heavy cardstock.
This is the inside of the card. The leaves are stamped with a Kalidescope pad.
I absolutely love this one, it's all copper and soooooo shiney. The background is layered on Copper Mirror with copper brads and it is wrapped with copper cording, I ran it through the new Autumn folder. The main image is embossed with a copper embossing powder that sparkes, and I watercolored it.
The last one is mounted on the Red Mirror Cardstock and attached with Silver brads, and I wrapped silver cording around the brads and framed it. The main image is embossed with Christmas Lights embossing powder and colored with markers, and the verse is embossed with Firecracker Red embossing powder.

I have one more background I need to do something with. I will share that with you when I finish it. Until then......happy stamping!!
