This is one of the first stamps that I bought when I first started stamping 6 years ago and every spring when I see the robins I need to get it out.  This year I took a different approach with it and cut out the robin after coloring it with Primsacolor Pencils and gamsol, and put it on with dimensionals.  I embossed the bottom half onto the Sweet Pea cardstock with Teddy Brown EP.  For the background I used the SU Floral background and embossed it on Pretty in Pink with Princess Rose EP.  I used Soft Suede as my card base, and finished it off with and organdy bow that I ruffled by putting the heat gun to it.
Supplies Used:
Stamp from Anita's
Cardstock:  Pretty in Pink, Soft Suede from Stampin' Up!  Sweet Pea from Cardstock Warehouse
Misc:  Ribbon, Nestibilities, & Corner Punch

I was at the vegetable stand earlier this week and they had these beautiful mums....and mums are one of my favorite flowers.  I haven't seen this variety before, I had the tag with the name but the cats knocked it off the table and the dog chew it I don't know the name!  Darn:)

Happy Spring & Happy Stamping,

Cute card - love the colors! Definitely says Welcome Spring!

(We've always called those African Daisies -- never knew they were mums!)
