Day 2 of Dani's Blog Hop

You still have time to make comments to be added to the prize winning hat!  I made this card yesterday for the Splitcoast Sketch Challenge...that's 3 days in a row!  I've had this paper I picked up from Michaels a while back and finally decided to use it.  I just love pink and orange together.  I started with stamping Dani with Black Memento and coloring her with Copics, cut it out with Nestibilties and trimmed it down so it would fit on the same size die cut of orange.  For the flower I stamped it a second time and mounted it on dimensionals, and added some Mauvelous glitter.  For the mid strip I stamped the border stamp with Versamark and embossed it with Orange Sparkle embossing powders, it's amazing how many beautiful embossing powder Sparkle N Sprinkle has...this one is orange, with pink glitter in it!  How perfect!!  Then I used a border punch and tied the ribbon.  I thought it need a splash of color though so I added the green buttons.

Here is the inside of the card.  I had a scrap of the pattern paper left so added that for a bit of decoration...it really matches the dragonfly I think and the curly letters.

Hope you like it...let me hear from you:) and hop on other to the other participating blogs!
