Celebrating Summer Blog Hop

Welcome to the Sparkle N Sprinkle Celebrating Summer Blog Hop.  If you came her by way of Karalee's blog you are in the right place!  If you started here you may want to start at the beginning at the Sparkle N Sprinkle Blog and enter for your chance to win!
When I think of summer I always think of the beach first.  I love the beach and everything around it!  So it's only natural that I would make something beachy!  The store has these new Mudd Puddles that are so awesome to play with and can be used in so many different ways.  So I used them for my display since they are sandy!  I decided to make a gift collection to give using an ATC block and a votive candle.  You can find all the details of how I made them here.  For the card the details are here.
Here are some close ups of the project.

Enjoy the rest of the blog hop by hopping over to Gerlinde's Blog.
Happy Stampin'
Jill

Nice collection Jill! I love the sandy look on the bottom of the candle holder - what a realistic look with the Mudd Puddles. Until I saw the close up, I thought you just filled the bottom of the holder with sand. Very cool!

You know that living in Oregon this is not what I think of when I think of Mudd Puddles! This is much better!

I really like the seashell corner stamp that you used on your block. The celestial glitter is really pretty. I love the twine & the tropical beach on your votive jar.

I loved all of your items. I liked the use of the mud puddles on all of the items. The mps add wonderful texture to the items and seem to be very versatile. Your items inspire me to try more methods of using all this wonderful stuff.
