Scraps Scrapbook Page

 Hi Friends,
I love this page because it came from mostly scraps I had on my desk!  I started out with the pink scrapbook paper that I first played with using the new Gel Medium I had just bought and I wanted to see how it worked, so I grabbed a paper and put the stencil on it and applied the Gel to it then covered it with Frosted Carmine Velvet Glitter, and by the way that technique works wonderfully!!  So then the picture was laying there and I thought that went together.  So after a couple of days, I found the punched sticker paper and decided to glitter it with the Carmine also and stick it behind the picture.  For the background paper I had the Lovely series from Authentique, so to bring the two papers together I crumbled up the pink and distressed it, then wiped the Rich Cocoa Memento ink pad across to add some of the brown.  The lock and key in the bottom right corner is cut out from the Authentique paper and embossed with Clear EP.
The hearts were laying on my desk from a class I had last week, and I just demoed this technique last week at the Stampfest show in Clearwater.  Run the cardstock through the embossing folder, then carefully ink the raised portion with a brayer and Versamark and then heat emboss:)  I used Cappuccino and dimensionalized the two hearts.  The banner sentiment is from the Amore stamp set and emboss with Belgium Cream EP.

I decided to stamp the heart from the stamp set and emboss with Velvet Sparkle EP.  I also used the Music Background stamp and Rich Cocoa Memento Ink.
The heart was a left over from a Make n Take at the shoppe and I practiced the crocheting on it and gave it to my honey for Valentines.  He then told me to add it to the page.  The Love Tickets and other miscellaneous stickers are from the Lovely Details stickers.
Then to finish it off, we just started carrying the Candi Dots at the store, so I added some of them to the page.
All supplies from Sparkle N Sprinkle.
Had a lot of fun with this page.
Thanks for stopping by:)
