Today's inspiration comes from a friend, that I have never met in person, only on the internet. Beccy Muir is a digital stamp artist and Sparkle N Sprinkle has made many of her beautiful images into rubber stamps. I have had the privilege to work with her for a couple of years and have enjoyed getting to know her. I made her this card with her newest image that just released, June 1st. You can view the beautiful digi stamp set here on her site, Beccy's Place.
I started out with putting both the verse and the flowers where I wanted them, but the flowers where covering some of the words, so I just deleted the flowers and printed the words. Then I undid the deleting of the flowers that were still in the right position and deleted the words and printed it a second time. Then I printed the flowers by themselves and cut out just the tops after I colored them with my Copics.
For the background I used Distress Inks, Tumbled Glass, and Broken China and a chevron stencil I cut on my Pazzles.
